What A Busy Week.

The time is flying past very quickly. In the past weeks so many things have happened it is almost impossible for me to write about them all.

In the past week alone, my daughter had her check up at the dentist and she doesn't have to wear her dental mask during the nights any more. This was torture for her and for me too. Every night before bed time she would have to put a mask on that was pulling her teeth and jaw into position. Very painful for her and painful for me too because I could not help her.

Finally this is over.

Then as our youngest child moved on to Year 1 of school

Our daughter finished Year 6 at the same school

All the students from all the different year levels waved goodbye and wished them all the best. It was very touching.

The weekend before she had her going away, farewell ball, it was all just too much for us, we both cried from all the emotions.

I made sure she had a necklace to mark the day,

& a pair of earrings too

I was not able to dance at the ball (health reasons, I will say why at the end of my diary post here) so our eldest son jumped in and danced with his sister!

He was a true gentleman, not much of a dancer, same as his father, but a gentleman.

The night finished, photos were taken and this was the end of primary school and the beginning of high school!

On a funny note,

I bought our little boy a ukulele and he played it the entire time, I will try to put a video up on Dtube if my husband helps me with it. I finally got him to help me with a post after so many days of not sharing anything with you here. It is his fault.

This week we had some bad weather, with rain and hail.

I have NEVER seen such big hailstones! NEVER in my entire life.

and the week flew past like it never happened, yet so much happened and to mark these moments in our lives I have made this post to turn to one day and smile at the times past.

I hope you enjoyed my recapitulation of this entire week full of events.

I have not been posting much because I had surgery not long ago and I didn't have the energy to think about anything extra to what I had to do. With Christmas coming and my daughters end of year ball I was simply worn out.

Luckily it is over now, I am waiting for some test results to see if I need any further treatment and hopefully it won't return. The doctors say there is a 10% chance that it can. I hope it doesn't.

So there is my diary post after so many weeks and days with a lot of things to remember and come back to one day and smile and cry and laugh and have fond memories of the moments in life that will always mean something because they are now in my diary post here and will never be forgotten.
