I had a super busy day yesterday. It’s nice to relax now by the fire. 🔥
Still having no problems quitting my sugary habits. I had had to give up most junky foods for health reasons many moons ago, so no sugar in December is not really a huge deal.
Many people seem shocked by the idea 😂
I feel like the sweets addiction I was feeling is being overcome now with this no sugar stint. Normally, most of the day I would crave chocolate, or would already be drinking a sweetened green tea. I’m not supposed to have chocolate, along with many, many other foods, but tasty things taste good, so sometimes I eat it anyway!
That needs to stop!

So far eliminating that excess sugar has made me feel amazing!

And my skin has never looked better! I’m actually really loving it. Just like any fast or diet change, there’s an adjustment, but it feels amazing too!!

I saw a meme the other day that said “people who do self work get way hotter as they get older”
I’d say that’s probably true, since you’re continually working on yourself, whether it’s addiction, a poor mindset, an unhealthy diet, lack of physical ability, terrible people skills, past trauma etc etc.. working through these things, making ourselves extremely aware of what our specific issues are, how we deal with it, how we can fix it, what’s actually IN our control, assessing our behaviour regularly and letting go of unhealthy things will bring about a happier, healthier human, which in turn makes you radiate with beauty regardless of wrinkles and hair changes.
You’re never too old to start getting better than you were, it’s a journey, we all have our own paths.
Choose wisely.
