As you know, whole wheat does not increase blood sugar rapidly because of its slow rate of conversion to GI values, or glucose. It's a great ingredient in diet food because it's very filling.
You can think of it as being similar to a healthy diet of brown rice. In addition, whole wheat contains various dietary fiber, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals, so it is known to be good for health rather than white wheat flour, but it is not popular because of its cheap and sour taste.
There is no sugar at all, and only the ovarian-flammable dextrin extracted from natural water can be used to help with long-running activities, so you can export the mungs.
If you don't know what it's like to have sugar, it tastes a little sweet.^^
Everyone was surprised if there wasn't any butter and sugar in it.
