It is believed that all our fat is stored after the night meals. The food we intake in night do not consume. It stores in our body as fat because our body is at rest in night.

That's we should take very less food at dinner so that our body easily digest it and store low fats.

Along with less food we can do some good exercises which give a very good response to our body.
