    Steemit will only allow you to assign 5 but if you use some of the third party integrations they don't always limit it. In fact for DLive they make specific categories for user generated tags even.

    Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    • Disagreement on rewards
    • Fraud or plagiarism
    • Hate speech or trolling
    • Miscategorized content or spam
