Sorry I have been absent a couple days.

I have been working though. The game dev work never ends! My goal today is to get a full gameplay pass on another new level. This level is completely new!

I like the idea of NG+ having abilities that allow lots of variation in pathing

yeah i got banned from discord so if you did have my old account it won't be there anymore haha

A secret up there would be slick

What is the likelyhood of you leaving the ceilings in a way that allows someone to jump up on top of the map and skip portions if they have specific capabilites?

Having perhaps an air duct or something, that can be scripted into a sequence as an alternate path may be cool

Dark Seed sounds like a good thing for potential secrets

When I make Doom levels, I try to make the difficulty to the point where I have a hard time, otherwise it's not fun haha

I did play a bit of it but I'm not a brutal doom fan so I didn't really bother finishing, though I remember watching your dev vids

My main gripe with Brutal Doom is that the balance of the weapons and enemies are really obnoxious, although levels created with it in mind are nice

One thing I don't like in Brutal Doom is how enemies are insanely more RNG dependant than vanilla, which makes the gameplay more annyoing

I prefer vanilla style DECORATE additions that have the same feel of vanilla but with more neat features that blend well

I'd take a free copy! But I probably won't play it for a while since my stream backlog is quite massive at the moment

I played a bit of DUSK, the dev gave me a copy so I played the first ep when it came out but havent kept up beause I dont have much time for it

havent seen or heard about strafe personally, but DUSK was very very good from what I played. I should realy go back to it tbh

DLive's been pretty cool for me lately, I'm enjoying the multi platform streams

My go to level design trope is when things get too hard, instead of removing enemies I just add health everywhere :P

My latest Doom WAD has like health on every wall and people tend to make fun of me for it but it's required most of the time haha
