I'll be refining and tweaking away at this one for awhile. I guess it's an Ooze Lich? It should be making it into my next Creature Feature Quarterly. Kind of what it looks like, though an animate bit of snot and a skull... the skull is probably something more akin to a crusty booger as well. I'm trying to decide if I want to make the fingers more tentacular and drippy.
Oh he's really oozy~ I like the design very much. Can hear him schlorrping as he moves :D
