검찰, '루나·테라 사태' 관련 가상화폐 거래소 압수수색 pt2

네, 서울남부지검 금융증권범죄 합동수사단은 오늘 오후 5시 반부터 업비트와 빗썸 등 가상화폐 거래소 7곳을 포함해 모두 15곳을 압수수색 하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.
검찰은 특히 루나 초기인 루나 2천만 개를 사들였다가 이후 전량 매도해 거액의 차익을 챙겼던 '두나무앤파트너스' 관련 사무실도 압수수색한 거로 전해졌습니다.
검찰은 이번 압수수색에서 루나·테라 코인을 만든 권도형 테라폼랩스 대표와 신현성 공동창업자 등 관련 인물들의 루나·테라 거래 명세 등을 확보 중인 거로 알려졌습니다.
또 이와 관련된 디지털 자료들도 확보하기 위해 포렌식 작업까지 함께 진행하고 있습니다.
이번 압수수색은 지난 5월 합수단이 피해자들 고소를 접수해 수사에 착수한 뒤 처음 진행된 것입니다.
합수단은 권 대표의 테라 관련 사기와 유사수신 의혹, 탈세 혐의 등도 두루 살피고 있습니다.
