Absolutely No!!! Because when curators invested in content, always the Author will receive 1/3 of the total amounts of invested curators

The author would get 50% and the curators would share the other 50%, every time. The more curators upvoting the more the author makes. The curator can't ever make more then the author does on a post; a curator can't even make equal to the author because the curator shares with other curators, the author shares none of the 50%.
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
Submit
if no one vote for you, you get nothing. If curators get 50/50 they will vote more often.
Dont forget, the Curator has to invest in Steem before ( Time or Money)
