Well I guess I'm presuming there are tracks and a mix in some sort of software, or it's going to be hard to just slide new vocals into part of it. I use Audition at home and can use Garageband/ProTools/StudioOne in the studio I'd be recording in, but I can probably figure out how to convert from anything else as well.

Thanks @foxyspirit! I've always loved the Hades/Persephone myth so I'm sure my brain was stewing on that for a long time. I was fussing around on the guitar one day and the first line of the song popped into my head and I thought, "Oooh! What's this story about?" I thought since I'm a female vocalist, there might be a fun story about getting a proposal from the devil and then kept exploring the story from there.
