Las piernas abiertas al ancho de las caderas y sujetando fuertemente el TRX al lado de los pectorales vamos a bajar tomando aire y a expulsarlo en la subida.
Fortalecemos gluteos, cuadriceps y pantorrilla, ejercicio de nivel principiante.
