What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, today I have stayed home from work so that I may work on myself a little. First time I have recognized the feelings of a slip before it getting away on me, luckily my employer was very understanding allowing me to go speak to someone. Thinking about everything we spoke about one thing stood out, “I seem to be letting myself go”. If thats the case first step to solving letting myself go is a shave and haircut, look good / feel good / be good right?
