Wow, lol! Thanks for passing this along. I’m willing to try anything at this point, but what a weird thing to have to do!

    Yeah I did a trial and error kind of thing for ages with different format of video and snap/thumbnail etc etc, all with no success. Then found a post mentioning the chrome/private mode/steemconnect combo and when I tried that it was all sweet!
    So yeah if it works for you and you see another Steemian having the same issues pass it on!! =)
