This post series is about my life and will be written like my logbook. I will tell you everyday what I am do and why I do it. I do not write it for money, but for motivating myself every day to achieve my goals. I keep it as transparent as possible because I do not want to fail or embarass myself in front of all SteemIt-Users. Nobody likes it to fail and this logbook will prevent me from being lazy or lacking motivation. It will push me to continue with my hard work and get things done. Selfimprovement is the keyword and I will do it every day!
How my day went
The most important news first: I registered for the gymnastics competition on 17.03!!!
I only have 12 days left for training and it's getting really tight to put together a good form and routine until then, but I was just in the mood and will pull it through. My motivation is over 9000!!! I will do my best and hopefully deliver a good result!
Apart from that, I only learned the whole day today because I am writing a written exam tomorrow and I hope that I have prepared myself sufficiently for it. We'll see what we get.
The gymnastics training was good again today, but I'm running out of time for the preparation. I will have to use the next training sessions actively!
After training I went to dinner with my cousin in a relaxed atmosphere. I chose a salmon fillet with potatoes and spinach. Very tasty and I can highly recommend you salmon as a foodstuff! Good fats and especially Omega3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. 1x Per week if you can afford it or once every 2 weeks and you do something very good for your body.
Now I'm going to go to bed to be fit for tomorrow. Good night Boooois.
Here you can see my goals and their current status, which I will definitely achieve this year. If I reach them faster they will be added later. Always remember that, “Standing still is a step backwards!”
Be like a shark - not only dreaded and dangerous, but always aware that when you stand still you can no longer breathe, and you die. Stay motivated, work hard, be persistent, and you will achieve your goals. Hard work overrides talent. Keep that in mind!

Don't worry about the routine for the competition, just remember to include all specific requirements and connect those moves in your own style. Don't try to win, just try to entertain judges and audience, and work to your strengths. Weaknesses are for the training sessions, not the arena of competition. You'll do good, because that's that's the kind of person you are .... Geoff
