Lately I have been feeling pretty discouraged about my journey on Dtube but because of the genuine friendships I have formed I have been able to push through this.
I have found that it is those that I have interacted with on the most personal level that are continuing to reach out to me regularly through the comments they leave and this in turn is helping me to continue to persevere through negative emotions. Without this support system there is absolutely no way that I would still be creating on a regular basis so i must extend a huge level of gratitude to these individuals. Thanks for being amazing guys and gals!
I wanted my Two Cents Tuesday this week to focus around the idea of genuine engagement because it has been the biggest contributor to my success on this platform. With strong community there is genuine support and this can only build up the individual on the strength of its foundation. Cheers!

And yes, you're absolutely right - it's great to get to know to the person behind the camera. Although what I love about this is that most creators are being themselves, we're all just showing only a side of ourselves in our videos, and the people who do not agree on that side's perception can easily misjudge and form opinions. But it's not that it's a bother for me, I find the people of the dtubedaily fam accepting, well-intentioned and supportive.

Once we transcend the relationship of simply watching a person on film and interacting through comments left the whole individual becomes present in the mind which is perceiving this thus developing so much more depth and understanding. When I watch videos of people that I have had video chats I now pick up on subtleties that I am sure most are not seeing. It's like having the secret codes written down in a journal and only those that know you know what they mean. This to me is really cool!
I think I will be putting more of my own music in now with these words of encouragement. Thanks for driving me to be better! 🍄
