LOL sorry let me go for a walk around the block and get my brain into gear, I think this dieting is slowing me down LOL

I looked in the mirror on Monday morning and gave myself a kick
In the last 18 months gave up beer because of meds, gave up smoking 10 months ago and since then have put on far to much weight instead of a sic pack I have a keg :)
Not being to drastic I still allow myself a coke to start the day then all water
No snacks between meals and
have cut having bagels or bacon and egg for breakfast and replaced with yoghurt and fruit
Hoping this will help I know it's to early to tell but I feel it is helping

Well, you have the right mentality, but, I have to tell you what would work best. A one-time appointment to see a nutritionist will help you far more than you realize. You can have the egg and alternate it with Fiber One Cereal (or another high fiber cereal, but, I recommend that one - with some fresh blueberries or sprinkle with walnuts for protein) You can have a snack in between, but make it healthy.Lunch can be some lean protein and veggies. Think chicken salad or something along those lines. Another snack and then dinner with protein and 2/3 of your plate should be veggies and a small starch. You should be calorie counting because, in the end, it is really simple. Less calories=weight loss.
You can do it! You just cannot expect it to fall off. :)) And you don't look as horrifying as you say. :) We are our worst critic.

Yes apart from making an appointment that's pretty much what I am doing so thanks for confirming I am in the right track
