Howdy angiemitchell..oh wow, how tragic. And this kind of thing happens way to often doesn't it? When teenage boys get together and hang out they usually find a way to get into trouble and this time it was deadly! What a shame.

Hi janton, yes it was terrible tragedy that this young man will always be with him in life. The young think they are impregnable, all is fun and fair game.

Howdy today angiemitchell! yes they always think they can do anyway and get away with it and nothing will hurt them. I guess it's that part of the brain which is undeveloped isn't it?

Howdy to you janton, yes it probably has got to do with it. But also if I hazard an educated guess poorly developed moral development. "As long as I don't get caught it is worth it!" I would also guess that there is lax parenting happening here too.

Very true angiemitchell, so many parents both have to work and the kids are on their own most of the time. It's fairly outrageous!

And unforgivable too janton.

Yes it is child neglect isn't it?

Yes janton, but not bad enough for the Department of Child Safety to intervene.

that's true. especially since that's probably the situation for half the parents in the country.
