ドラゴンとライダー

This is my original drawing.

I drew a dragon and his rider.

I love dragons.
I would love to have my own dragon! heehee

I've tried to draw a dragon before but I remember I couldn't draw it as I wanted.

オリジナルです。

ドラゴンとドラゴンライダーを描きました。

ドラゴン大好きです。

ドラゴンライダーも憧れます。

ドラゴンは前に描いたのですが、思うように描けなくて諦めた記憶があります。

Actually, I was thinking of just doing a pencil sketch.

実は鉛筆で描いて終わりにしようと思っていたのです。

The paper that I was using has a rough surface and it's not great for using coloured pencils.
Also very different from Copic marker paper.

So, I thought about tracing on the other paper but oh well, I decided to go ahead and colour as it is.

Here is the line art.

この紙は少しざらざらしていて、色鉛筆の色がのりずらかったり、コッピクマーカー用の紙とはかなり違います。

違う紙にトレースしてから塗ろうと思いましたが...

このまま塗ってしまえ～、笑

...ということで、先ずは線画。

The marker seems to go on this paper pretty good.

I kind of like it better than Copic marker paper.

この紙、わるくない。

コッピク用の紙より好きかも。

Add shading with coloured pencils and done!

色鉛筆で影を入れて出来上がり！
