Selamat pagi para sahabatku sekalian. Bagaimana kabar kalian hari ini? Semoga sehat-sehat saja ya? Sahabatku, pada hari ini saya ingin memposting tentang masakan khas Indonesia yang sangat disukai oleh sebagian besar orang yaitu rendang buah jengkol. Silakan anda perhatikan foto-foto yang saya bagikan disini. Bagaimana pendapat anda? Apakah anda menyukainya?

Good morning myfriends, how are you today? Hopefully you are in good condition right now. My friendsight, to day I want to post about Indonesianya cuisine which are very famous namely rendang jengkol. Please take a look at the pictures that I shared here. What is your opinion? Do you like it?

Buah jengkol banyak terdapat di Indonesia. Pohonnya tinggi besar dan menghasilkan buah seperti pada gambar di atas. Buah jengkol diseliputi oleh kulit luar yang keras. Jadi jika anda ingin memasak buahnya anda harus mengupas kulit luarnya dulu. Buah jengkol dijual seharga 12 ribu rupiah sampai 15 ribu rupiah per kilogram. Buah ini sangat enak jika dimasak sebagai rendang jengkol.

Jengkol fruit is widely available in Indonesia. The tree is tall and produces fruit as shown above. Jengkol fruit is covered by hard outer skin. So if you want to cook the fruit you have to peel the outer shell first. Jengkol fruit is sold about 12 thousand rupiah to 15 thousand rupiah per kilogram. This fruit is very delicious if cooked as rendang jengkol.

Cara memasaknya sangat mudah. Masukkan bumbu rendang yang terdiri dari cabe, bawang, kunyit, Jahe, lengkuas yang telah dihaluskan bersama jengkol lalu tambahkan santan kelapa dan garam . Masak sampai kering. Rendang jengkol siap dihidangkan . Rendang jengkol sangat enak disantap dengan nasi putih hangat. Rasanya pasti menggugah selera anda. Sekian postingan saya kali ini. The way to cook it is very easy. Add the rendang spices which consist of chili, onion, turmeric, ginger, galangal which has been mashed together with jengkol, then add coconut milk and salt.
