Please be informed that there were issues with ETH transactions due to the extremely high congestion of ETH network and its memory pool was heavily loaded. But as soon as the network load reduced, all the transactions were successfully processed and all the customers received their crypto funds.
Thus, the issue was from the side of the blockchain. It is absolutely excluded that we were trying to scam you or support some fake transactions. CEX.IO is a legal licensed company.
