I just finished a 5.506km running that lasted about 0hh:39mm:58ss !
I took the hint from @steevc and used an interval timing app instead of trying to reset two times for every set of intervals. But somehow I didn't hear the beep announcing the second set and so walked too far then tried to run a bit and realised I needed to just stick with the structure. So I ran less then I should and walked more. That's reflected in the pace. It's much better using the app, if only because it means I can put my phone away not carry it in my hand, but perhaps I need to dust off the old bluetooth headphones...
Also saw these awesome fungi during my warm-down walk.

Cool fungi. Endomondo gives multiple beeps and a spoken message on each change and I have earphones in. I was just looking at reviews of Bluetooth buds in the Metro. I worry about them falling out and I like to hear ambient sound when I'm running. I had some with a cable between them, but they didn't work well for running and broke a while ago.

yeah I have some that sound like that - they also don't hold a charge very well - I had to plug them in after every run. I would only keep one ear in, I need to hear what's going on around me too.
