I just finished a 6.117km run that lasted about 0hh:39mm:27ss !

Running with the work gang! Out for a decent jaunt with some buddies from work. A little windy today - definitely had a bit of a headwind on the way out, but got that sweet sweet tail wind on the way back in. Easy run at a conversational pace.

Now I just need to keep my cool, because I just dropped my phone and broke the screen, and now it's proving to be a bit of a major hurdle to get it fixed. I suppose that's what I get for ordering a Chinese phone that's not widely supported in Canada.
