I just finished a 5.802km run that lasted about 0hh:29mm:3ss !

After my long run in the morning, its time to get out at lunch time and do my weekly tempo run.

I haven't been sleeping all to well in the past few nights so was not too hopeful of a good tempo run. I really had to force myself to get my speed under 5 minutes per kilometer during the tempo run, but was able to get there and had a little bit of satisfaction from the run as a result.

Looks like you went a bit faster than usual this time! Nice work!

Tempo runs are my favorite but definitely agree - a good nights sleep is needed!

They're great for improving your run, but don't always agree they are fun.

Does not matter how unfitted you are, just gently start running....
