I think about getting a trinket of some sort, that I have in front of me when there is food around, to train my body to know that when the trinket is there, I will not be eating. Then when I am not fasting, keep it hidden. I have some friends that want to go out, and I am pretty sure they will be eating, thus the desire to train my body to not ramp up an appetite just because there is good food in view.
