Here's my story:
Today is Friday the 18 Jan 2019, it’s 8:20am. I intentionally stopped eating Wednesday night, after 8pm I wanted to see how long I could last without food, and if I could go 7 days.
This morning I got nauseous and my body tried in vain to throw up, twice, then succeeded in releasing a couple tablespoons of stomach bile. My heart was beating loud when I woke up at 7:45am, and it slowed once my body threw up. I measured 69bpm heart rate in my test just before writing this memo. I have been drinking a lot of water and took in two glasses of dark coffee yesterday, one in the morning one in the evening. I am making EmergenC in case my heart needs electrolytes. I forgot to weigh myself before, but I hope I don’t lose much weight. My weight now is 132.8 lbs with my socks, sweat pants, underwear, and shirt.

True story. Now I'm almost at the two days mark. I don't feel bad at all. I still get urges to eat, but mostly its out of boredom.
