After a very slow start to my exercise and dieting, I am now doing 2 exercise sessions a day. morning and night.
It has only been a couple of weeks but I have already lost around 6kg (13lb)
I have a long way to go and plenty of fat around my belly and mid (only place I seen to have put the weight on)
soon I think I will start Light and easy, a delivered dietary program with controlled meal servings. I am thinking for 2 months and then go back to my own food prep. I believe it will just speed up the weightloss process. Any food Ideas I am open to trying if they have worked for you
