So after the indulgences of yesterday evening I hit the gym hard this morning. I haven't done a fasted resistance workout for a while and this is the first one I've done while training with @ivargereiko. Having given Ivar the details of my cheat meal, I think he was determined to transfer the cake in my stomach into layers of muscle cake on my shoulders. I'm not sure if he succeeded however I certainly felt the price!

I really want to inculcate the gyming attitude but i am too lazy unfortunately. I started for 2 weeks but didnot see any improvement in my shape.

Funny @sadatsavvy. There are no tricks to improvement in work out. Take gyming as a relationship, if you cheat it will never work out. All you need is focus and determination. You're not lazy, you just think you are, limits exist only in the mind. You need an improvement in 2 weeks is like starting a business today and want to be a millionaire in two weeks, it doesn't work like that, it takes gradual process. Give it time and hard work and you shall get results. Do not forget the ultimate rule. No pain no gain.
