Hi guys! Lets start again with hard training fir biceps.
-We can start with full biceps pull ups:
When you doing this, try to focus on your biceps. You must go down perfect then go up perfect. Do it 10-20 times and repeat it 5 times.
-Now its times to do a normal push ups:
Normal push ups and all push ups are soo good for geting power. Normal push ups are good for biceps,back side, chest and little triceps, but now we want to get point on biceps. Do it 30-35 times and repeat it 5 times.
Its time for pause about 2 min!
-When pause is over we can start with horid push ups:
Its very good exercise foor grow biceps, you can try to do it very slow to fell muscle. Do it 20 times and repeat 4 times.
-And the last part of training is to do a T push ups:
This is my favorite exercise for biceps. When you do push up you go up and put your hand in air to make T, then you back to push ups position and to again push up. Do it 20 times and repeat it 3 times.
Remember one think guys: If you think it's impossible, then it's impossible!
