TIPS DAY (BICEPS TIPS)
The BICEPS Workout is one of the most common Workouts in the world of FITNESS Training. There are many mistakes and wrong approaches many Fitness trainers have made regarding the BICEPS Workout.
Last Saturday, we all had our BICEPS worked out with different workout programs. Today, I will share some basic Tips abot the BICEPS workout program as they are rolling in from the GYM.
The BICEPS tissues are one of the most delicate tissues in the body. These tissues in most cases, do quickly respond to training and this, therefore, requires some tips which I believe you all will adhere to.
A good warm up before workout is needed.
creaditCommence BICEPS workouts programs with light weights.
creditRest is a necessity. Make sure that, after every set and program of BICEPS workouts, you take a rest before you start another.
Roundup workout session with appropriate stretching exercise.

Hi bat, good post. I have a question.. I started training 3 months ago and right now i'm on 8kg dumbbells for biceps. Should I start my bicep workout with 6kg and increase with each set or continue doing the way I am?

You know things work differently for each and every one of us as an individual. The best answer to your question is that: start with the 6kg for warm up for at least 2 sets, increase it to 8kg after your body finally get into the game and return back to 6kg for the last 2 sets.
