Day 1 and 3 miles...i remember my first day at gym on treadmill...1 mile in 20 minutes and 1 mile literally took like 5 miles to reach. 3 miles is a good headstart. Good luck and Best Wishes...

I'm guessing (by your timing and vlogs) that you're a beginner in fitness. Keep working hard consistently and you should reach your fitness goals. Maybe, you'd become a fitness vlogger one day too.

3 Miles for the first day really impressive, it shouldn't be long before you weight less than a gold fish if you keep this up!

Great job. The only thing that can slow you down is you're mind. Thats the most difficult in the next couple of weeks. Once you past the first weeks you will by havining a stronger mindset and get results very fast. Keep it up!!!
