If you want to exercise you have to go with something that is fun for you to do. I think you can grow into something I didn't like doing fitness at first but now I really enjoy it. I always look forward to my next work out. And that's what you want. But this doesn't have to be fitness a lot of people don't like fitness. It's can be hiking or biking or swimming. Or a ball sport. It doesn't really matter as long as it involves you moving and enjoying it. And it doesn't have to be really intense either, especially not if you're just doing it for your health.
