I wanted to share this workout with my steemit friends.
I was teaching it to a small group of clients and they LOVED it, its quick and gets you sweaty 😅 and it's for all types of fitness levels.
(You can do the rounds more than 5 times if you're feeling a hardcore session).

(Ideally a mat, bottle of water and a dumbbell weight for this workout and not forgetting a 4-5 minute warm up and cool down).
