Introducing: The 5 minute Flow

The 5 minute flow is designed to help you improve your flexibility, mobility, injury prevention and well being in just 5 minutes.
The idea is to move your body in an unstructured way for 5 minutes EVERY.SINGLE.DAY because daily sessions give better results than only 1 session done per week with the same amount of time for most people. (7x5min vs 1x 35min)

"Unstructed": Try to move freely without a set routine. This promotes creativity and body awareness. Explore your environment, your body, movements. Try to break out of the routine of moving in set ways and try to express yourself with movement.

I got the idea from Max Shank, who is a fitness professional and does this with all of his athletes with great results.
