Good day Everyone
So today I had my first healthy day again. Everything went well. Here is my summary:

Today's Timeline events:
- 1 Cup of Black Coffee (07:30am)
- 1.5L of Still water (09:15-11:15am)
- 1 Cup of Black Coffee (12:00pm)
- 1 Cup of Tea (16:00pm)
- Started training in the Gym (17:20pm)
- 1L of Still water(18:00pm)
- Dinner (18:45pm)
3 Bean Salad, Kale salad with roasted Butternut and Beetroot, some veggies and grilled Chicken breast
Weight: 121.7kg
Fitness level: Day 1 done, At least I started - Still very Poor

Warmup
- 5min Row machine warmup, level 10 - Distance, 1260m
Supersets
- 10x10 Deep Squats - 40kg Barbell
- 10x15 Situps
- 10x15 Crunch ankle side to side touches
- 10x20 Mountain Climbers
My first day back in the Gym was not a walk in the park. Leg days are always the toughest. So how today's superset worked:
-I started with the Deep Squats, then immediately after the Squats, I got on my back and did the situps. As soon as I finish my last situp, I stay in the crunch position and start moving side to side touching my ankles with my hands. Immediately after the ankle touches I got in a pushup position and start bringing my knees to my chest (One by one), creating a running motion (Mountain Climbers). Rest 10-20 seconds, and start again x10.
Ill definitely be stiff and sore for the next two days, but that is part of the journey.
