Day 7 - First week done!!!

Good day Everyone

I am very happy my first week is done. It was not easy, but I got through it. I Can't wait for the time to come. Here is today's summary:

Today's Timeline events:

  • 1 Cup of Black Coffee (07:40am)
  • 1.5L of Still water (08:30-11:00pm)
  • 1 Cup of Black Coffee (13:00pm)
  • 1.5L of Still water (14:25-15:15pm)
  • Gym (17:20)
  • Dinner (19:00)

Fitness level: Day 7. Week 1 Done. Only time will tell

Gym Program

Warmup

  • 5min rowing machine - 1300m

Supersets

(1)- 10x10 Single arm incline press - 15kg dumbbells
(1)- 10x10 EZ Bar Bicep curls - 25kg

(2)- 5x10 Cable Chest pulls - 7.5kg
(2)- 5x15 situps
(2)- 5x15 Side to Side ankle touches

(3)- 5x10 Cable Chest lifts - 7.5kg
(3)- 5x15 situps
(3)- 5x15 Side to Side ankle touches

Week one is done. All three Supersets today were done in the order above - 1 to 3. Lets see what happens in the upcoming weeks.
