thanks man, yeah with work and everything it is hard sometimes to stay motivated and on the right path. I will do my best.
50 and still training? That is awesome mate, I am happy to hear that you train both and without the use of supplements as well. I followed that group as well, thanks for putting me onto it. Good to see a network of fellow Australians. makes a person feel a little less small in such a large cyber space

Yeah I don't have much choice about the training @gazdawge , I have that many busted body parts and torn ligaments etc, that If I don't stay in top shape I basically can't walk. My body is held together by muscle tension and willpower. I need two TKR,s a hip replacement, a rotator cuff repair and spinal fusion therapy but I just can't afford any of it.
I have many days where I can't walk but I just make the most of the days where I can.
I'm like a high functioning cripple.
