My Animal Locomotion Flow

Animal locomotion is extremely fun for me to learn, practice and teach.

Below is a short video of me having this "fun".

It provides all the movement my body needs in a short time frame to refresh my mind.

This allows time for myself in a mind full of crypto thoughts.
