Day Two. I have to be truthful I wasn't feeling it today... The Motivation. Lacking in it big time, but hey I deserve a pat on the back because I still managed to get my ass to the gym.

Today is Chest Day or breast day for us Ladies. I highlight this for woman Chest day is very important not only for our posture because it does improve that but it also improves upper body strength and lifts the breasts. Yes it gives men strong pecs but also gives us Perky breasts so always add a chest day into your week

Started off with the obvious workout first

Bench Press Flat and Incline 4 Sets 8-10 Reps

This is probably one of the most efficient exercises for training the chest working your deltoids, pectoralis muscle, traps and triceps so it works all the major upper body muscles. Doing this flat and on different angles (incline) reaches each muscle in the Chest area. I completed both an Incline Chest press and Flat Bench press in my workout.

Upper Cable Crossover 3 Sets 10-12 Reps

You can do this in three ways. Upper, Middle and lower which works the different sections of the chest and is very effective for toning. Very straight forward exercise and very easy to perform. It should look like this below

But you make look like this whilst doing the exercise #bestgymfaceever LOL you can't control the face

Push Ups using own body weight

Just to get a final pump into the Chest I added some push ups at the end to get the blood flowing faster. This exercise is good for your whole upper body as it is working arms, shoulders, chest all at the same time and also improves your posture thats why I always include it in my chest training.

That was my Day at the Gym with some cardio included also at the end of every weight training

Back to the grind tomorrow hopefully more motivated in the morning

Amazing workout. Being a fitness freak, I can understand how much people love chest day. Try to include dumbell flyes. That'll literally put more stress on chest/breast. You'll feel the pump

lol haven't heard "breast day" before. Thought I've heard em all! Good workout. Day 3 is coming up, get excited!

Hahaha I have a long list of names I have made for exercises and machines sometimes I don't know the real name of them!! Yes Day #3 Today which means Leg Dayyyy!

I've been following AthleneX on YouTube for workouts.

Jeff is really good at explaining exercises and giving you different ways to get the job done.

While his channel is aimed at men, I think he has a women's dedicated channel also.

His whole philosophy is around being athletic, not just building a bunch of muscle, which is really cool.
