Starting your fitness journey with a little bit of education can go a long way toward your future success.
Here is my beginner tips what you need to know for best progress in your body
transformation.
If your goal is to lose weight or to build some muscle, follow the steps bellow:
Tip No.1 is always diet!
Food is about 70% responsible for your progress!
Now I can write you so much about food and nutrition but I will post a lot about that later... So stay tuned guys ;)
Training, be it at the gym, some other sport or whatever, is other 30%!
You can make good result with diet and calorie deficite, but with the training that will be much better!
Training will help you a lot in your goals - if you want to lose weight or build muscle, thats it! Training will good healthy food will give you the best results!
I will post a lot articles about trainings - weight loss trainings and muscle build trainings later for sure!
Decision to go to the gym and start working on yourself is definitely a great start, but you wont see any changes on your body after one week training. If you want a real changes - you need to make fitness a habbit and a lifestyle!
You need to workout at least 3 times a week and you will see changes soon!
Simply - If you believe in yourself - you can do it.
You need to believe in yourself and that you can achieve something, because if you do you're not, who else will? It's your road and yours alone. Others may walk it with you but no one can walk it for you!
As a beginner, you'll likely have questions. There's nothing wrong with that! The worst thing you can do is keep yourself ignorant.
As a beginner you need to learn the basics at the beginning , so do not be shy - ask someone who can help you.
