I was combing through some fitness blogs when I came across one from @chelsea88 in which she described how nice it was to work out 'core' with her sweetheart.
Since I have been neglecting core lately, it was a perfect reminder of how much I love spending this kind of time with MY sweetheart! (pic related)
We did Scoobys Rotisserie and instead of weights, i added intensity like @Chelse88, by doing front planks off my hands instead of elbows,. I also used a small ball under my supporting foot, added leg raises with the crunches, and swapped one set of crunches for single leg bridges.
My front planks were also raised to be off my fingertips for some of the front planks (30 seconds first time, 2x20 seconds on the next)
Felt great! Now off to a run!
I need to find time for an excersize routine and find a way to enjoy it one of these days.

I have answered the question 'how did I start' a few ways, but the most important thing was that I started with one thing, every day. Once I got used to doing that 'one thing', I simply added another, then another, etc.
