Yesterday I posted an article about Yoga With Adriene (which you can read here), today I want to tell you about another one of my online fitness websites: Fitness Blender.
Fitness Blender is run by Kelli and Daniel Segars, a down to earth married couple who have an honest and obtainable approach to fitness. The couple is comprised of two dedicated and radiant individuals; I often feel as though I am working out under the gaze of two personal trainers that truly care about my fitness journey and progress, which is often not the case with personal trainers. They make it easy to get in shape with a new video released every Monday and a library of free workout videos. While the videos are free, they also offer paid workout plans and nutrition plans for those who are no good at developing their own workout schedule or who are looking for a well rounded fitness and nutrition strategy.
The videos have limited distractions, being filmed on a white field in the couple’s garage. They do not play music, so you can feel free to blast your own workout playlist as you follow along. Each video does have an estimate of calories burned that increases throughout the videos duration as well as a bar graph timer that helps you keep track of your point in the video, and they cleverly prepare you for the next exercise by intermittently displaying it in the top left corner as it approaches.
The website offers a menagerie of different exercise styles: pilates, HIIT, cardio, yoga, ; so you are destined to find something you enjoy and can stick with. Kelli and Daniel’s affordable, accessible workout programs may have you gasping and sweating at times, but you will be grateful to learn new workouts under the instruction of two very likable and positive people.
They have an incredibly clean site with tons of options! Every kind of duration and type of workout is completely customizable! What a great idea! Thanks for sharing!

I have seen Kelli's videos before but I had no idea that her husband was also doing the fitness too, which is really cool.

Physical wellness is a condition of well-being and prosperity and, all the more particularly, the capacity to perform parts of games, occupations and everyday exercises.
