Fitness has nothing to with age

Yes kids can do a 10 burpees, because they active 24/7, but ask a kid to do a 100 burpees as fast as you can, you will see that he/she is not fit. To train your self for the better level of your fitness without going out of comfort will take 24/7( as kids). Common adult people are your minds as KIDS(childish) and you think if you can do 1 push-up in a day you will get fit? If you can do 2 but in a shorter time, you are not are KID, You don't have time to play 24/7, so use your adult brain!!! If you have 10 minutes so try to push as much push-ups in that. If you have more you are lucky!!!! If you don't have 10 minutes for your self, you are not an adult!
