~This is straight from a program written for a close friend and previous collegiate athlete. Usually I incorporate a full body approach to training athletes but this was a specific request. Also, they are no longer competing in athletics so her goals, as well as her access to equipment, have changed a bit.
~This would be a great program for someone in the typical 5-day bodybuilding split who wants to entertain their more athletic and explosive side at the same time. Try it out. I'll be posting pieces of this program again soon.
