This pair of dumbbells is the most complete and well rounded set I have ever owned. Click this link to learn more Bowflex SelectTech 552 This set is super versatile and are able to accommodate me for just about any exercise I wanted to do. Being able to adjust the weight in seconds with the twist of a nub gave me a more intense workout when I was training at home in South Beach. I was able to go from one exercise to the next without delay and fine tune the weights to what I needed, so I could push myself without getting injured. I also like that the handle grip is thick and that they come with their own base to place them on. Some other dumbbells, I've owned I had to place them on the floor gently to avoid breaking the tiles. With this ones they just go in and out and fit like a glove. Back in 2007, when I bought this they cost me close to $500. Not sure of the exact number. Anyway, I was working in construction and around 2009, I injured my back at work. That was a long recovery process in which I sold my dumbells since I could see that I wasn't going to workout anytime soon and I needed money. Sucks to be unemployed!!! Now, back to the present in 2017, my back is good and I've had several years of rest. Today, I decided to checkout this dumbbells again, so I can get back to lifting here at the house. To my pleasant surprise this Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbells are far better priced than 9 years ago, which means, you know what it means. That I'm getting them again. That's why I had to write this post to let you guys know how beneficial and essential this weights are. If you do any kind of exercise at home then you need a pair of these to simplify things and keep you in the workout. No excuses with this two. So, I say! Get a set of this because...

These are by far the best dumbbells I've ever owned.
