Wednesday Workout

Today's workout will consist of training back, arms and abs. Light cardio is on the cards too. 

Back

For back, my routine involves: 

  • drop sets
  • light/moderate weight
  • medium to high reps
  • 6-7 exercises in total

As for exercises, I'll decide when the time comes. 

Arms

For arms, my routine will consist of: 

  • 4-5 exercises for triceps & biceps
  • regular sets and tri sets
  • light weight 
  • medium to high reps

That's what my arm routine looks like

Abs

My abs workout will be short and intense. I'll do: 

  • machine crunches (laying down)
  • crunches (mat)/planks
  • Seated ab crunch
  • High reps for each exercise
  • 9-15 sets in total

And that is what my workout session looks like.
