Today's workout will consist of training back, arms and abs. Light cardio is on the cards too.
Back
For back, my routine involves:
- drop sets
- light/moderate weight
- medium to high reps
- 6-7 exercises in total
As for exercises, I'll decide when the time comes.
Arms
For arms, my routine will consist of:
- 4-5 exercises for triceps & biceps
- regular sets and tri sets
- light weight
- medium to high reps
That's what my arm routine looks like
Abs
My abs workout will be short and intense. I'll do:
- machine crunches (laying down)
- crunches (mat)/planks
- Seated ab crunch
- High reps for each exercise
- 9-15 sets in total
