Monday Workout: Chest, Shoulders, Traps and Abs

I am tired and going to rush this post out so I can get to the gym to train. I'm training chest, shoulders/traps and abs today. Cardio will be done too. Here's what my workout looks like, for the most part. 

Chest

For my chest workout, I'm sticking to compound sets. I'll do a total of 9 compound sets, but it will be the equivalent to 18 regular sets. Anyways, here's what my chest workout looks like: 

  • barbell bench press/dumbbell presses: 3 compound sets
  • incline bench dumbbell presses/incline flyes: 3 compound sets
  • dumbbell pull-over/flyes on a flat bench: 3 compound sets

For the above, I'll do light or moderate weight and will aim for 15-20 reps per exercise.

Shoulders 

For shoulders, here's what I'll do: 

  • dumbbell presses/upright rows/front raises/lateral raises/rear-delt rows/shrugs: 3 giant sets
  • seated machine shoulder press: 3 regular sets

Trust me, giant sets are felt afterwards! 

Cardio

Not too sure what I'll do for cardio or abs. I know I'll do at least 20-35 minutes of light to moderate cardio. Abs, I'll do 3-5 exercises and 3-5 sets per one.
