Time For A Late Night Workout

Not that I'm a fan of late night workouts, but sometimes it's the only time I have to train. Tonight is one of those times. I'm training arms (biceps, triceps & forearms) and abs. I'll do a 30 minute cardio session afterwards. 

My workout will consist of doing 3-5 exercises for my biceps, as well as triceps. I'll throw in a few sets of barbell wrist curls too. 

After I train, technically I'll be getting my day started! All-nighters are something else I'm not really a big fan of. When I was 20, I could literally get 1-2 hours of sleep in a 48 hour period. What a difference just over 10 years make!
