Today's workout is all about arms. I'll train biceps first, followed by triceps and finish up with forearms.
Biceps
F0r biceps, my workout basically looks like this:
- 4 exercises performed as giant sets
- Seated machine curls for 3-5 drop sets
Not sure what four exercises I'll do for my biceps, but chances are they'll be barbell curls, barbell reverse curls, dumbbell curls and concentration curls. I'll do 3-4 giant sets.
Triceps
For triceps, I'll do:
- 4 exercises performed as giant sets
- Seated triceps extensions for 3-5 drop sets
The exercises I'll do as giant sets will be dumbbell skull crushers, dumbbell triceps presses, standing dumbbell extension and triceps dips. I'll do 3-4 giant sets.
Forearms
I'll do wrist curls with either dumbbells or a barbell. I'll do 3-5 sets of both wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.
Light cardio and abs are also on the cards. I'll decide what exercises I'll do when the time comes. And that is what my will consist of.
