I just completed Tuesday's workout and what a workout it was. I did back, biceps and abs.
Back
For back, I did tri-sets. I started off with barbell rows, followed by dumbbell rows, followed by one-arm dumbbell rows on a bench. After that, I did seated machine rows for three drop sets. And then it was off to do three different variations of lat pull-downs, followed by three drop sets of seated cable rows. I wrapped up by doing back extensions.
Biceps
I did three drop sets of machine curls, followed by three drop sets of another type of machine curls. After that I did three drop sets of dumbbell curls and then wrapped things up with three regular sets of concentration curls.
Abs
For abs, I did three regular sets of weighted crunches, followed by three sets of seated machine crunches. And then I did two more versions of crunches, both for three sets each.
And that's what my session consisted of. Oh, and I did cardio.
