Day 79 completing the #fitnesschallenge by @steemmatt! Don't let your body down! You won't regret it if you got some exercise in!
After 17 consecutive days of exercise I am starting to feel a little burned out from not taking any full days off but I know I can soldier through this! After all, it'll only make me stronger! I'm right back on super late nights and I am realizing why I don't like to stay up late. By the time I can get situated it's already midnight where as normally it's only 4 PM so I feel like I am missing 8 hours from my day.

The Challenge:
At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done. Always support each other. (Currently on Pause, find out why with a much needed decision to pause the challenge for a few days.

I also want to tell you about the #50squatchallenge and the #50pushupchallenge by @notorious562! 50 easy squats and pushups every day! I'm doing 50 squats daily now so I've decided to participate in that as well. So this is also my completion of both!
My Daily Challenge Completed.
I am still feeling exhausted from that 5 miles that I had to jog so I kept it simple at just 100 reps. Sleeping all day and it being a Saturday night (my busier nights) makes it hard to actually get my reps done all at once so I'm forced to get'em done inbetween runs while I slowly work on the post. It makes me wonder how some people get 10 posts a day done ... talk about a grind! I really dislike pushups so that's why I keep doing them!

I slept through lunch again and woke up just in time for dinner! Tonights dinner was better, burgers, white cheddar shells & broccoli! It was actually too much for me and I couldn't finish it all but it was still good!

My Motivation
Replacing my smoking habit with exercise! I am not goin gon 13 full days without cigarettes and I think I'm able to keep on going without them! I still think about having one every now and then and I do get cravings but I'm fighting through them. It just makes me think that a few drags won't hurt, but that's how I get sucked back in!
